Choosing whom to work with is a consequential decision, and you should not have to make it from a web page. So before you select a package, book a free discovery call: 15 to 30 minutes, by video with captions, by telephone, or as a conversation over WhatsApp. Meet the person you would be working with, ask me whatever you wish, and by the end we will both know whether this would work and where to begin. No pressure, no commitment, nothing to prepare.

- For teenagers with a parent, adults, and hearing parents alike
- By video with captions, by telephone, or a conversation over WhatsApp: quite literally a chat, if that suits you
- A genuine conversation with me, not a sales pitch
- The only thing you commit to is turning up
It Isn’t
- A session: that begins once you have decided how you would like to work
- Clinical: questions about hearing technology or treatment belong with your clinicians, and I will say so
- A commitment to anything: you decide afterwards, in your own time
- A test of you: there is nothing to prepare and nothing to prove
